📜 TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between the user ("User") and the developer or owner of the bot "Triskalith" ("Bot Owner", jafcip). By using the bot, the User agrees to comply with these terms. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must stop using the bot immediately.

1. License of Use

The Bot Owner grants the User a revocable and limited license to use the Bot solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license can be terminated at any time by the Bot Owner.

2. Prohibited Use

The User is prohibited from using the Bot in any way that violates local, national, or international laws, or infringes upon the rights of others. The User may not use the Bot for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Bot Owner.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. The Bot Owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

4. Modifications and Updates

The Bot Owner reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Bot at any time without prior notice. The User acknowledges that the Bot Owner is not liable for any modification or discontinuation of the Bot.

5. Intellectual Property

The Bot and all of its components, including the code, design, and visual elements, are the exclusive property of the Bot Owner. The User is not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute the Bot without prior authorization.

6. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot Owner and any collaborators from any claims or demands, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise from the User’s misuse of the Bot or violation of these terms.

7. Termination of Use

This Agreement can be terminated by either the User or the Bot Owner at any time. Upon termination, the User must cease using the Bot immediately.

9. Donaciones

The Bot Owner accepts donations via PayPal to support the development, maintenance, and operational costs of the "Triskalith" bot. By making a donation, the User agrees to the following:
-> Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
-> Donations must be sent via PayPal using the "Friends and Family" option to avoid transaction fees.
-> All donations will be considered as support for maintaining and improving the bot and will not provide any additional benefits.
-> The Bot Owner is not responsible for any errors or issues related to the donation process through PayPal.

10. Premium

The Premium Mode offers three subscription plans:
-> Amethyst Plan: €2 (Basic-level access)
-> Emerald Plan: €4 (Intermediate-level access)
-> Diamond Plan: €6 (Advanced-level access)

Important Details

-> Access: Only server owners can view premium plan details after logging in via Discord to protect payment methods.
-> Full Information: For complete details, check the specific channel on the Official Discord server of the bot.
-> Subscription Start: Once the payment is completed via PayPal, the subscription starts automatically.
-> Duration: Each plan lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically.
-> Refund Policy: Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellations will not issue refunds for remaining time.
