Allows adding Twitch streamers to receive personalized notifications with the following options:

-> Twitch Channel
-> Discord Channel
-> Notification Role
-> Clips Channel

The [Normal] version includes adding up to 10 streamers to the list.
The [Premium] version includes adding up to 100 streamers to the list.

Allows adding YouTube channels to receive personalized notifications with the following options:

-> YouTube ChannelID
-> Discord Channel
-> Notification Role

The [Normal] version includes adding up to 1 YouTube channel to the list.
The [Premium] version includes adding up to 25 YouTube channels to the list.

MODERATION SYSTEM
